Enroll in our property management service, which includes a comprehensive monthly inspection of your property to ensure optimal functionality. Prior to our visit, you will receive a text notification. Upon arrival, another text will be sent, followed by a detailed email containing photos and a list of all completed tasks.   • Change light bulbs

  • Paint

  • Switch AC filters

  • Check for leaks

  • Run faucets, dishwasher, washing machine

  • Inspect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Test and replace batteries in thermostats and detectors

  • Lubricate door hinges and locks

  • Tighten loose cabinet handles, knobs, and fixtures

  • Check/replace doors and windows weather stripping

  • Clear slow drains or clogs

  • Check for mold or mildew in damp areas

  • Inspect breaker panel for signs of wear

  • Replace outdated or damaged outlet covers

  • Pressure wash exterior surfaces

  • Inspect caulking around tubs, sinks, and windows
