Ethan Lavin
Residential Contractor
Ethan helped us build a bathroom from scratch in 2021 and was incredible to work with. From day one he helped us understand what the possibilities were for the space, pricing and timelines. He was super communicative throughout the project. He let us know how things were going and kept us updated on timelines, costs etc. Ethan has a great eye for design and is very detail oriented. This was one of our first larger home projects and we were extremely fortunate to have done with Ethan who explained everything to us as we went. Three years later and the work still looks great. Would gladly recommend Ethan to anyone. No nonsense – just super good quality work at a fair price
EHL Contracting has exceeded my expectations time and time again. The first project involved repairing drywall and a ceiling damaged by a roof leak. Ethan exceeded expectations with the quality and efficiency of his work. His second project was the removal of an existing bathtub and installation of a standing shower, which resulted in a transformation beyond what I had envisioned. I have complete trust in Ethan working in my home while I’m away, which provides invaluable peace of mind.
EHL Contracting was recommended to us by our realtor. Ethan was more than we could have hoped for. He has enough experience to suggest creative ideas and is a true craftsman. He did a very involved bathroom renovation, painting and bedroom renovation that included demolition and ceramic floor tiling. He has proven great integrity and a tremendous work ethic. Skilled, reliable and dependable.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with EHL Contracting on several occasions over the past few years on various home projects, including drywall repair, plumbing work, and more. Ethan delivered top-quality results with professionalism, reliability, and clear communication each time. Ethan always showed up on time and treated my home with respect. Even the dog was happy when he came to work! Having a go-to construction company I can trust for all projects is a relief. I highly recommend EHL Contracting to anyone looking for skilled, dependable, and friendly professionals. They’ve made a big difference in maintaining and improving my home.
